I had the privilege to create the cover art for Patterns in Time, an Anthology comic created for the Legend of Korra, commissioned by Dark Horse Comics. A heavy use of Buddhist imagery was employed to depict this spiritual connection between Korra and Asami. They are after all, soul mates. Their internal body built with all manner of flora to mirror veins and lungs. The spine houses the flowers which symbolize the seven chakras, with the eye of Raava taking the place of the sixth chakra, known as the Third Eye.
